Ballarat- and Melbourne-based Here Studio is seeking a Project Architect or Experienced Graduate of Architecture for a WFH role.

Here Studio is looking for a lead architect from concept to delivery, with strong involvement during documentation and possibly contract administration.

Job description

  1. Support and learn to lead our unique (participatory-) design methods for Concept Design and Design Development, that includes contributing to simple iterations, hand-sketching, Sketchup modelling, Indesign presentations, and structured written reports
  2. Produce full sets of drawings and schedules for Construction Documentation using BIM efficiently, and set an example for junior team members to follow.
Requirements
  • Strong early skills across the gamut of the architectural process, and demonstrated experience in leading small to medium residential projects
  • 4+ yrs of experience
  • Sketchup > Revit > Indesign / Streamtime / GoogleApps / Mac OS
