Madeline Sewall

<p>Madeline began working at Breathe Architecture in 2014. She leads a variety of projects across a range of types including residential, small commercial and hospitality both in Australia and internationally. She is particularly interested in schematic design, conceptual thinking, and design discussion. </p> <p>Madeline enjoys working on small-scale projects where she values the relationships and shared experiences that form between architects, clients, builders and consultants. She is passionate about helping clients realise their ideas in built form, and enjoys problem solving and collaborating on site. </p> <p>Working at Breathe Architecture has given Madeline unique experience on holistically sustainable projects. Together with her colleagues she strives to make responsible decisions that are environmentally, culturally and financially sustainable, always prioritising ethics above aesthetics. </p> <p>Madeline is a Victorian representative on the National Committee for Gender Equity, where she is privileged to work with a dynamic team of individuals towards achieving greater diversity and equity for our profession.</p>
