<p>Dr Elizabeth Grant is an architectural anthropologist with specialist expertise in the design of Indigenous institutional environments. </p> <p>Dr Grant has three decades of experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in urban, rural and remote communities to achieve outcomes for the built environment. As well as researching, she consults to national and international architectural and engineering firms, government and Indigenous organisations working with Indigenous users using participatory planning techniques, preparing Indigenous design briefs, providing recommendations based on evidence based research and working with design professionals for major and smaller architectural, community infrastructure and planning projects to achieve award winning environments which meet the needs of their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander users.</p>
