Hotham Street Ladies invite you to Hear Me Mall, a feminist karaoke party and talent quest! This is the first event for Framed by Gender: Disrupting Gender Stereotypes through Art, a social arts project funded through VicHealth and managed by Knox City Council.

Over the month of November 2019 Boronia Mall will be activated by artists The Hotham Street Ladies who have created The Shop of Opportunity. Located on the first floor of the resplendent Buchan Laird Buchan designed 1972 Boronia Mall, formerly a Gloria Jeans cafe, the space will become a gallery and community venue, where the community can participate in arts, installation, performances and collective events to explore themes of feminism, community, suburbia, public space and gender equality.

Join Hotham Street Ladies for the first event – Hear Me Mall!
