Mia has over a decade of experience delivering on a diverse portfolio of work. She passionately leads environmentally and socially sustainable outcomes, leverages design technology, and maintains clear communication across the full breadth of her architectural work.

Through her roles leading projects across all stages and assisting projects across Hassell’s globally portfolio with their sustainability ambition, Mia is experienced in coordinating various complex, multi-disciplinary projects such as the Over Site Development South Office Tower and Melbourne Metro Tunnel and Stations. At a smaller scale, she has also worked intrinsically designing and delivering on residential builds, realising the client’s vision, budget, and sustainability initiatives.

Beyond projects, Mia has been a Jury member for the Victorian AIA Awards, tutored at the University of Melbourne, and is an active mentor to emerging architects. In her own time she enjoys renovating her house, including the re-purposing of demolished timber rafters into feature joinery.
