<p>The Soft Build is a change strategy consultancy.</p> <p>A registered architect with an MBA, Sue designs change programs for building projects that are new and different. Over the past 30 years her working life has evolved from architecture to project management, program design, change management and strategic consulting. The common thread is design for change: using the design process and physical space more intelligently and creatively to shape new ways of living, learning and working. </p> <p>As a former director of global consultancy DEGW and AECOM's StrategyPlus practice leader in Australia until 2015, she has built on the DEGW legacy of thought leadership and helps clients think strategically about how the relationship between people and place shapes organisational performance. </p> <p>Sue is a sessional tutor in the final year M.Architecture Social Resilience Research Studio and guest lecturer at UNSW Faculty Built Environment, an experienced facilitator and design advisor, and a regular speaker at national conferences and industry forums on the impact of flexible working and learning on our cities. In 2017 she was a juror for the AIDA Award for Interior Design Impact.</p>
