Practicing Architecture (PARC), a small education provider specialising in professional development programs for architects, is running a series of seminars on the ABIC suite of contracts.
The series is for anyone who is currently using or is preparing to use the Major Works, Simple Works and/or Housing forms of the ABIC lump sum agreements. It has been designed to provide participants with a clearer understanding of how ABIC works along with the necessary tools to utilise ABIC more completely and administer it more successfully.
The first two-hour seminar was held on Monday 6 June, but there are three seminars still to come, with topics including Claims & Payment (Monday 20 June), Time & Delays (Monday 4 July) and Completion of Works (Monday 18 July). For more information, visit the Practicing Architecture website.
